A nurse aide, also commonly known as a nursing assistant or certified nursing assistant (CNA), is a healthcare professional who provides direct care and assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses or healthcare professionals. Nurse aides work in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, clinics, or home care settings.
A nursing aide is an important position in any hospital setting. This position is considered an entry level in the nursing world; a great stepping stone into healthcare. A nursing aide major role is to provide basic care, help and support to patients in various facilities like Nursing homes, Rehabilitation Centre, adult care Centre among a few. They are also referred to as Health care assistants.

Certified Nursing Assistant course requirements
The Certified Nursing assistant Programe is an express course that takes 4 months.
These are divided into:
- 2 months theoretical Learning
- 2 months practical Learning/ Attachment.
We provide our students with attachments at well-established hospitals locally.
Class Schedules
- Day Classes – 9:00am – 1:00pm Monday to Friday
- Evening/Online – 6:00pm – 9:00 pm Monday to Friday
*Saturday classes start from 10am – 1pm (strictly for online students) *
We have a special opening offer on our fees ONLY APPLICABLE to Thindigua Branch.
Fees also include facilitation for attachment to available healthcare institutions.
Fees is payable only in 2 instalments.
Fees include Uniform, Learning Materials and Stationaries.
Upon payment of Registration fee, a student is given an Admission Number .
